STEP 9 – BAKING WITH CLEMENTINE ESSENTIAL OIL

Baking by far is the easiest way to incorporate the use of Essential Oils in the kitchen. Adding a few drops of Essential Oil to your already stellar recipes for cookies, cakes, frostings and other goodies gives a new flavor twist and a little surprise to an old favorite!

OH, MY DARLING CLEMENTINE FUDGE RECIPE

• 24 oz. Chocolate (dark or milk chocolate)
• 2 cans Sweetened Condensed Milk

• 3/4 tsp. Pink Himalayan Salt or Kosher Salt

• 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 8-10 drops CLEMENTINE Essential Oil

In a saucepan combine the Chocolate, Condensed Milk, and Pink Himalayan Salt over very low heat and stir continuously, until all the chocolate has melted. Once the mixture is very thick and shiny, remove from the heat and stir in the Vanilla Extract and CLEMENTINE Essential Oil. Remember less is more so start with one to two drops of Essential Oil and add a drop at a time until you reach the desired flavor. Transfer the fudge to a 9x9 inch pan that has been sprayed lightly with non-stick cooking spray, smoothing it into an even layer and allow it to cool for at least one hour before cutting into squares. You can also place the fudge in the refrigerator to speed the cooling process.

SWEET CLEMETINE FROSTING RECIPE

• 1 pkg. Vanilla or Cheesecake Pudding Mix

• 1 8 oz. container Whipped Topping, thawed

• 1 c. Milk

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 6-10 drops CLEMENTINE Essential Oil

Combine Pudding Mix with Milk and Vanilla Extract, mixing until completely smooth then fold in Whipped Topping until fully combined. If mixture flattens, chill for a short time and whip with a mixer until light and fluffy again. Spread evenly over cake or cupcakes.
